We are opening our patient panel with several "Founder Patients" who will lock in a lifetime of significantly lower rates in exchange for some patience and detailed feedback as we refine our processes and workflow. 

During this "soft open" phase, PPC will be offering primarily telehealth services to patients located in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio with a focus on proactive precision and performance health. For this time period, we will only be offering a la carte services - you will pay a low monthly membership rate and then will pay our cost for any additional tests, plus a processing/interpretation fee. These prices will increase significantly after this Founder phase is complete, but your low membership rate will continue forever if you choose to stay with us.

PPC is a "direct care" practice, meaning we do not work with insurance, although we do accept HSA/FSA. Much of our services are not normally covered by insurance; for those that are, we can provide an itemized "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for credit on your out-of-pocket maximum or reimbursement, depending on your insurance. 

Our core services are in place. We want to use this time to see what additional services our patients want and begin integrating them into our practice; we're committed to arranging any (reasonable) services that you request that fit into our practice model.
