Explore Access Membership
All services at Outperform require Access Membership.
Access Membership ($150/month) is required to access all services. During our launch phase, new members lock in this rate for the lifetime of their membership. This pricing will increase soon. Please note that as a Direct Care practice, we do not accept insurance.
All additional testing is provided at our negotiated wholesale cost with zero markup. This is always significantly lower than direct-to-consumer options.
For testing, we add a transparent interpretation fee:
Biomarkers: $25
Advanced Diagnostics: $50
Targeted Genetics (includes Genetic Counselor visit): $150
Whole Genome Sequencing: Please inquire
Additional services are available at additional costs:
In-Person Physical Training: $100/hr
Remote Strength/Conditioning Programming: $150/month
Physical Therapy: $150/hr
Research deep-dives, house calls, patient advocacy, and other concierge services are priced on an individual basis.

While a single all-inclusive price would certainly be simpler, it’s more important to us to be able to offer customized services to every patient. For example, a 55-year-old smoker will have vastly different cancer screening criteria than a 30-year-old healthy athlete. State and Federal regulations prohibit us from offering a different level of testing to patients at the same price.

We are a direct care practice, and therefore do not work with insurance companies. This allows us to offer a higher level of care.
We do provide a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Almost all of your charges (with the exception of the monthly access fee) may count towards your out-of-pocket max; some may be reimbursed directly, and some may only count towards your deductible. As is typical with the insurance companies, there is often no way to tell until after the claim has been processed. -
Yes, we do! HSA/FSA accounts can be used to pay for all Outperform services.
When our membership fee increases, you will no longer be able to pay this fee with your HSA; the IRS has determined that any patient paying more than $150/month in membership fees from their HSA shall be ineligible to contribute further funds to their HSA. However, you will still be able to pay all other expenses (testing, etc) from your HSA. -
As a new practice, we’re looking for an initial set of “Founder patients” that will offer feedback on our services in exchange for a lifetime of lower rates. Our core services are already in place, but we know patients will want more - and we’re hoping our Founders can help guide us in those decisions. We anticipate that this rate will remain available until late 2026. See here for more information.

Most of our basic blood work costs less than $5 per individual test. We typically recommend quarterly monitoring, and these labs would run about $25 in total. Onboarding labs to establish baselines typically run $100-$200 in total. Each testing “batch” will carry a single fee charged by the lab ($10), as well as a single interpretation fee as noted above ($25).
Specialty lab panels generally start around $300, but vary widely based on the test. These tests sometimes carry specialised phlebotomy fees charged by the lab.
Genetic testing costs start around $150 but vary widely depending on the test.
Please note that these ranges are highly variable. We will always discuss lab costs with you prior to placing any orders. -
